SUP Yoga is a fun yet challenging practise. Practising yoga on the water means that you have to slow down, connect more deeply to  your breath to your stabilizer muscles. Every movement is purposeful, thought through and carefully executed, unless of course you fancy a dip in the lake! It’s Moving Meditation. 

SUP yoga is ideal for those looking to deepen and develop their yoga practise. From beginners to advanced teachers it offers fun, challenge and peace in equal measures

Your 75 minute class format includes 15 minutes of on-land instruction, 15 minutes of paddle time, and 45 minutes of yoga on the water. Designed for all levels of fitness and paddle ability.

Head to the left of the lake (as you face it with the cafe behind you) for our launch point. Please be sure to arrive 15 prior to class.

Class Cost £10.00, includes board and wetsuit hire

Attendees MUST be able to swim unaided.
Payment is in advance. If you need to cancel your booking, we are happy to offer a refund when notified within 72 working hours. Or an alternative date when notified within 48 working hours.

If your experience is rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions you will be given a selection of dates to rebook.
